1. General

As part of the use of the contact form made available on the site www.sancerre-sautereau.com and when placing an order with the company DOMAINE SAUTEREAU, the user and/or the purchaser communicates to the company DOMAINE SAUTEREAU (hereinafter, the “Processing Operator”) personal data (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”) recorded by the Processing Operator in a digital file. This data includes their first and last names, postal and email addresses, and telephone numbers.

The Processing Operator ensures that all processing of Personal Data that it implements complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data (general data protection regulations, hereinafter “GDPR”) as well as the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to the IT, files and freedoms modified.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

The recipients of Personal Data are those persons within the company DOMAINE SAUTEREAU in charge of IT, administration, marketing, customer relations and prospecting or service providers in the context of, for example, the management of transport and delivery of orders or any other mission delegated by the Processing Operator to an external company.

The Processing Operator may transfer certain Personal Data to third parties, under a contractual or legal obligation or if a legitimate interest justifies it.

The Processing Operator keeps Personal Data for a period of three (3) years from their communication. At the end of this period, the Personal Data will be destroyed. As an exception, at the end of this period, certain Personal Data may be subject to intermediate archiving in order to meet the legal, accounting and tax obligations incumbent on the Processing Operator such as, for example, the obligation to retain invoices for a period of ten (10) years pursuant to article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code.

The persons concerned have at any time, under the conditions set by the aforementioned texts:

(i)     a right of access to Personal Data concerning themselves, a right to have them rectified or completed;

(ii)    a right to erasure of these, or limitation of processing concerning them, or the right to object to their processing;

(iii)   where the processing is based on their consent, the right to withdraw this consent at any time;

(iv)   the right to portability of Personal Data;

(v)    the right to define general or specific directives regarding the post-mortem fate of their Personal Data;

(vi)   the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in this case the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.

 

The requests (i) to (v) mentioned above must be addressed to the Processing Operator by mail sent to the following address: DOMAINE SAUTEREAU, les Epsailles, Crézancy-en-Sancerre (18300), France, or by email to the following address: info@domainesautereau.fr.

The request must specify the surname, first name, postal address, email address of the person concerned. A copy of an identity document bearing their signature must be attached to this application.
